It's almost always cis-het, white, abled, culturally Christian (this includes many atheists), financially-secure men who pull out the "I can't believe you don't want to have a conversation just because we disagree."
They aren't always right-wing, because it's not so much about *what* your positions are, and more about how much skin you have in the game, and the above demographic has pretty much the least at risk.
