Well, congratulations, German conservatives, your dalliance with the Nazis dropped your polling (Union) and raised the AfDs.

Note the slow yet steady re-rise of the Left though. We're having a little bit of a classic left vs right again, that's something

the left is actually falling; the BSW is rising , which I don’t consider left at all. Although their leader is a classic Stalinist, the program is populist.

What brings me hope is the slow rise of the greens after the relentless media attacks over the last 3 years.

@axeln ...not really looking for nitpicking fights here, but the numbers for Die Linke are indeed rising and these of BSW falling, according to the average values cited above. 2 weeks, plus 1%. But it's a snapshot with lots of uncertainty anyway, so let's see.

Key: Maybe this brings some folks to the ballot

Actually @jeffjarvis's chart with the numbers expressing the wheighted median would be the worst outcome with both #DieLinke and #BSW out side the parliament.

Some are stateing that Aktion #Silberlocke will succed, and actually #BodoRamelow would be a great improvement for the national parliament. Not to mention that a Bundestag without #GregorGysy would be a real bummer.

[edit:
And if BSW doesn't enter, those seats would go to thoe who de enter, percentage wise.]

this is entirely unsurprising. Customers always want the leading brand, the market leader, the original. (It’s the core premise behind Category Design, a business strategy framework to help you dominate your market — or win elections, if adapted to politics.)
