We started our hike in Echternach. This is the view over the town and its sourroundings after the first metres in altitude. The sky is clear and light blue and the sun is burning. A group of sheep are standing peacefully in a meadow in the foreground.
The trail heads through an arch made of sandstone.
Passage between two giant sandstone walls in the Mullerthal forests. A lonely tree is nearly blocking the passage.
The aforementioned passage gets narrower.

I am standing in another narrow passage. One meter over my head there is a sandstone clammed between the walls.
Super narrow passage between soaring sandstone walls. I have taken off my backpack to fit into the passage.
The end of the hike is near: viewpoint over Echternach and sun is slowly going down.
